DIY | Advent Calendar Day 18: Clipped Pyramid Bag

Got a pack of mini airheads for Debbie for Day 18...had to resist the urge (again) to sneak a few for myself! This bag is a take on a type of candy wrapper...only bigger!

DIY Clipped Pyramid Bag

(Difficulty: Easy)

Supplies

(1) Kraft paper
(2) Double tape
(3) Scissors
(4) Sticker labels
(5) Clothespin
(6) Scrap ribbon
(7) Adhesive faux gems (not shown)

Steps

1. Cut out a rectangle of craft paper. Attach a piece of double tape along the length of one side. Roll up the paper and form a tube.

2. One one end of the tube, attach another piece of double tape as shown. Press down to seal one end vertically.

3. Place your gift inside. Attach double tape to the other end of the tube, this time pressing down to seal it horizontally.

4. Write your message / recipient's name on a sticker label and stick it to your clothes pin. Decorate with faux gems and use some scrap ribon to make a bow. Clip the bow onto one end of your bag.

I love that this bag is both fun to make and has such a unique shape!
